The Polish law requires certain document types to be stored for a specified period. Companies often face the problem where their documents should be stored in a way ensuring appropriate security and immediate access in the company’s day-to-day operations. Meeting the most rigorous requirements, we also offer our advanced and secure traditional archive. Storage of documents in the paper format is provided both to Customers who use our full range of electronic archiving services and to those companies which are only interested in traditional archiving.
In the traditional archiving system:

* any type of documentation can be stored (accounting documents, personal files, payroll documents, technical documentation and others),
* documents are stored in high-bay storage facilities, in carton containers protecting documentation against sunlight or dust,
* documentation is anonymous (storage containers are only marked with bar codes),
* documents are made available on Customer’s request (24 hours a day when electronic document images are sent); original paper documents can be browsed on site or, alternatively, delivered to the Customer,
* documents are transported using our own means of transport and escorted by professional security staff,
* Customer’s documents are organised in accordance with regulations in place,
* documentation is reviewed to select documents which are to be destroyed,
* files are classified and qualified; inventory lists of documents are created, folder covers are replaced whenever necessary, documentation of repackes and relocated, as necessary,
* A-category files are developed.


SECURITY

The traditional archive is housed in a new building constructed specifically for that purpose. It is monitored and protected against burglary and fire. Thanks to its reinforced structure and constant industrial monitoring, all documents are secured against extreme weather conditions and other emergencies. Access is only given to authorised staff. Our company operates in Nickel Technology Park Poznań, a facility with round-the-clock security.
